Excellent incentives are provided to attract experienced and dedicated faculty
Pay Scales : AICTE pay scales with D.A. merged as per G.O. Ms. No. 108, H.E.
(TEI/A2) Deptt. Dated: 07-08-2006 are implemented.
Qualified and Experienced people are given advance increments in the scale.
D.A & H.RA. : Enhancement of D.A & H.R.A. is implemented as soon as the state
Govt. announces it periodically from the same date as Govt. Employees are made eligible.
P.F : All employees are covered under General P.F. scheme with due contribution
from the management.
Health Insurance : all employees are covered under Andhra Bank health insurance
scheme Arogyadam with premium being paid by the management.
Transport : Free Transport from kurnool & Wanaparti to all members of
faculty in college cars/busses.
